Pendragon’s Bouquet

As a commercial baker since 1975 and a founder of Clever Hans Bakery, Jonathan Bernstein continues to use his skills to make gluten-free cakes, and sweet and savory galettes, using locally sourced ingredients and eggs that his free-range chickens lay.  Since 2013, after learning that one of his grandchildren was gluten-intolerant, he specializes in gluten-free baked goods with nut-free and dairy-free options. He uses his own pesticide-free and herbicide-free flowers as part of his cake decorations (see floral design) and can coordinate them with the floral arrangements he provides.
