Dear Ceremony is an officiant service based out of Ithaca, New York. Benjamin Marlan is the founder and legally ordained officiant of Dear Ceremony. He was registered in 2001 by the city of New York to officiate ceremonies throughout the United States.

His goal is to deliver a completely genuine, and cared for personalized ceremony. His professionalism, experience and expertise shines through in a comforting and grounded way. Writing original content with couples, and performing the ceremony with elegance and warmth, he strives to make the wedding day as beautiful as the couple has envisioned.

Benjamin has been officiating traditional same-faith, interfaith, same-sex, intercultural, interdenominational, interracial, and civil wedding services, along with renewal of vows, funeral and baby blessing services for 18 years.
