Not only do we raise all of our own pigs at the farm in Trumansburg, but we are committed to bringing this quality to the entire meal. We work closely with friends at neighboring farms to provide as much of the produce, herbs, and fruit and can ensure that your meal captures the flavors of the Finger Lakes!
